If you received Delaware unemployment benefit wages in 2020, Delaware Department of Labor will issue you a 1099-G form.
The 1099-G forms will be mailed on or before January 29th. Please allow 3 weeks, through the 3rd week of February, for receipt before contacting the office. Should you have any questions on your 1099-G form, please go to their website: Labor.Delaware.gov , to see the list of frequently asked questions on this topic.
